Shipping Methods and Costs

Depending on the item(s) you purchase from RandomBuy.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Depending on the method of shipping, shipping costs are based on the value of the total order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order on RandomBuy.com.

At checkout, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method from the standard $4.99 shipping, to faster delivery. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) MST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, excluding federal holidays within the United States.  Orders that are refused, undeliverable, or otherwise unable to reach the customer due to customer error, may be charged return shipping in additional to the original shipping charges.

48 Continental United States

• Budget Shipping, (7-15 business days)
Carriers for the method vary depending on the weight and size of the order.  Most orders are shipped FedEx SmartPost or UPS Mail Innovations.   Finally delivery for this method is usually made via US Postal Service; you must be able to receive standard USPS mail to the “ship to” address in order to take delivery using this method.  You can expect your order to arrive within 7-15 full business days from the time of purchase. Business days are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm (MST), excluding federal holidays within the United States. Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the shipping method selected. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during checkout on the site.  Not Available to Hawaii and Alaska addresses.

• Standard Ground, (7-10 business days)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 Continental United States through Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-6 full business days from the time of purchase. Business days are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm (MST), excluding federal holidays within the United States. Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the shipping method selected. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during checkout on the site.

• Second Day, (2-3 business days)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 Continental United States through Second Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 full business days from the time of purchase. Business days are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm (MST), excluding federal holidays within the United States.  Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on shipping method selected. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.


 Alaska or Hawaii

• Standard Ground, (6-10 business days)
Most items may be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii through Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 6-10 full business days from the time of purchase. Business days are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm (MST), excluding federal holidays within the United States.  Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the shipping method selected. • Second Day, (2-3 business days)
An option for fast deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 full business days. P.O. Boxes (including Alaska or Hawaii)

• USPS Priority, (3-8 business days)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Second Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm (MST), excluding federal holidays within the United States.
The following items cannot be shipped via USPS Priority mail at this time: items over 70 lbs., freight-only items and flammable items.

• Purolator Ground Service
Most items may be shipped to locations in Canada via Purolator Ground Service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm (MST), excluding federal holidays within the United States and Canada.

• Purolator Air Service
Most items may be shipped to locations in Canada via Purolator Air Service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm (MST), excluding federal holidays within the United States and Canada.

By ordering goods from this website, I hereby authorize a licensed Canadian customs broker chosen by the operator of the website to act as my agent, and to transact business with Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear my merchandise, account for applicable duties and taxes, to return merchandise to the operator of the website and prepare and submit refund claims on my behalf for any merchandise that I return. I understand that CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the broker, and that I will obtain the refund directly from the operator of the website. In this connection, I also authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund check issued by CBSA in my name, so that the operator of the website can be reimbursed.
