A: Unfortunately our earliest shipment was not properly tested and it did have some embarrassing packaging. Those have humbly been re-written.

Q: How hard is it to make a connection from the keyboard to the iPad?
A: We rigorously tested the keyboard to make sure it would connect. We removed it, added it, restarted it, made it sleep, etc. to make sure it still connected. It worked perfectly! And of course, if you’re not satisfied please let us know.
