Return Policy

RandomBuy's Return Policy provides customers, who receive damaged or defective items, a full refund if it falls within the 30 days, including a refund on shipping. Items that do not meet customer’s satisfaction, but were the correct item ordered, may be returned at the customer’s expense. The customer will receive an 85% refund, 15% will be deducted for a restocking fee. Items that do not fall within the 30 day limit will not be eligible for return.
